Peaceful and quiet surroundings on green pastures with ample space for your horse to graze and enjoy country living, next door to cow pastures, on partially wooded property, socializing with the herd.

1200 sq ft barn, concrete foundation, floor covered in stall mats, provides ample shelter from the weather; horses are not stalled, barn is open with large round bale in the center where horses gather for mid-afternoon snack and some gossip ;)

We provide: Shared pastures - horses have access to large, interconnected pastures and a deep pond for swimming, wooded area, 2 large run-in shelters in addition to the barn, high-quality hay, available year-round.

You provide: Feed/grain for your horse and any supplements/medication, pay for farrier and veterinary services; horses are fed morning and evening.

Owners live on property and have one 19-year-old gelding, retired thoroughbred former racehorse, and one 15-year-old Icelandic mini.
